Our restaurant turns slowly with the day — sunrise over the eastern peaks at breakfast, golden light at lunch, a canopy of stars by dinner. The 360-degree glass enclosure means there is no bad seat, only different mountains.
Our kitchen cooks close to the land: Himalayan river trout, foraged greens, wild honey and cedar smoke, paired with regional wines and house infusions.
